Where can I track my parcel?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us with your tracking number in it.

It's common that even when your parcel has been sent it will take 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update online. Don't worry if no updates are showing to begin with, check back in a few days, have any question please feel free to contact us (ancolopens@outlook.com).

 

USA shipping

Most standard shipments are sent through several carriers and postal service providers. Packages usually reach their destination in 5-7 business days, but occasionally take longer. Orders placed after 9 AM Hong Kong Time may require +1 business day to process. For example, orders placed after 9 AM on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.

 

International shipping

Most standard shipments sent from Hong Kong are shipped through several carriers and postal services providers, but are handed off to your local mail carrier once it arrives in the destination country.
Orders typically take 5-15 business days to reach international destinations, but can sometimes take as long as 4-6 weeks for some destinations. It ultimately depends on where you live and what you've ordered. We wish we could give better specifics than that, but due to the complexities of international shipping we cannot. Orders can require up to 1 business day to process.

Express international shipping

We only offer an expedited service option to select international markets due to the complexities and cost of international duties associated with expedited shipping.

Tracking says my parcel has been delivered but I've not received it?

Sometimes parcels can be accidentally delivered to a neighbours house next door or left at a customers local post office. If this incident unfortunately happens to you, please contact with local post office immediately to check the location of your parcel.
Please note our shipping partner are able to inform us of the exact whereabouts and time each parcel arrives at a destination. If the evidence shows that a parcel was delivered successfully, but the customer states otherwise, we will try out best to come to a mutual agreement.
The satisfaction of every customer is our number one priority, so in some cases we may be willing to re-ship your order again at our expense.

VAT & DUTIES

Some countries apply duties or VAT on shipments received from Hong Kong. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. Native Union will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.
