All the product can be refund, but we cannot refund custom product. We only make refund before we process the order to the engraving stage. As you know our service is engrave on demand, therefore we do not accept refund after we have engraved the product.If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price before the delivery, using the original method of payment. We do not accept the refund and replacement after the delivery. If If the product has any quality problems or damaged in transit, We will refund to you or resend to you.
Fast delivery
Normally we process an order within 2 business day and will ship to you within a week. but occasionally take longer.
Before Engrave Return
You can initiate a return request and we will make a refund if the product is not printed yet.
